New Installation of Equipment
Accurate Technologies is experienced in providing field surveys to establish equipment center lines and elevations. We know machinery and have the skills for determining the best center lines and elevations from existing equipment. Allowances are made for wear and misalignment in components of existing equipment. This is an important factor when blending new machinery into existing equipment lines. Wear and misalignment must be compensated for to allow for the future replacement of the worn components. We will make recommendations on leveling and realigning existing equipment to provide the best transition with new installation. Accurate Technologies will provide a field crew to assist your mechanical personnel during the installation. Our technicians will then verify conformance to your company specifications. Existing Equipment Alignment Accurate Technologies will provide any necessary field surveys to assist mechanical personnel in the re-alignment process. Field technicians working with mechanical personnel reduce the time of installation. No unnecessary movements of equipment should occur. Base shim elevations are calculated and set with an optical level. Center lines are accurately maintained through out the installation, thus reducing time spent adjusting and shimming to reach final alignment. The finished product is set and recorded to center line monuments and benchmarks established in the field.
