Accurate Technologies - Facility / Environment Mapping

Accurate Technologies will create a seamless CAD Facilities Map, utilizing all available engineering drawings and existing mapping.

Our GIS/CAD personnel provide a wide variety of mapping services such as:

Pencil drawings are raster scanned. Valuable data is digitized and inserted correctly into the CAD Plant Map.
Existing CAD drawings will be moved and or rotated to a correct geographical location and inserted into the CAD Plant Map.
Surveyors will review drawings that do not scale and various fields survey notes. Valuable data will be utilized to determined good locations. This will be done with calculations to be extracted and inserted into the CAD Plant Map.
CAD Technicians will separate all data into specific layers, colors, line types, and/or symbols.
Final products include, but are not limited too, SPCC, ISO14001 and SARA312 maps for Safety and Environmental Departments.

Final Facilities Mapping Product
The drawing coordinates and elevations can be field monumented. This is paramount to achieve the maximum benefit of obtaining a seamless CAD Facilities Map. All items located in the field may be accurately placed into the CAD Plant Map. Also, all new designs made in the CAD drawing may be accurately established in the field. The CAD Plant Map will have clean line work with no gaps or overlaps. The data has been accurately and specifically separated as mentioned above. This is the basic requirement of GIS.
