Richard A. Carpenter, P.S., President

Richard founded Accurate Technologies in 1986. He has built a team of professionals devoted to providing accurate and high precision surveying, mapping, & GIS Mr. Carpenter gained valuable experience while employed 10 years by the Timken Company working in the Facilities Engineering Department. Richard worked in a civil group providing civil designs while maintaining responsibilities for field surveys required for design, construction, and plant mapping. Richard also provided field surveys for industrial equipment alignment. Richard is registerd in Ohio as a Professional Surveyor. He also holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and has completed additional courses in Advance Surveying, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and AutoCAD.

Rick K. McDonald, P.S., Vice-President

Mr. Mcdonald has been employed by Accurate Technologies since 1988. Rick is responsible for construction projects ranging from roadway jobs to petroleum plangs. Rick manages the topographic mapping, environmental mapping and drainage studies. Rick also provides field surveys for industrial equipment alignment. Rick is registered in Ohio as a Professional Surveyor. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology for Youngstown State University. He has completed additional courses in Global Positiong Systems (GPS) and AutoCAD.

David G. Lautenschleger, P.S., GIS Coordinator

David joined Accurate Technologies in 1997. He manages GIS projects and CAD operations. David has provided project management on industrial GIS projects, over a thousand acres of industrial property. David provides and manages GIS data such as: Property information, utilities, building data, hazardous material, spill prevention control and counter measures, storm permits, cost centers, emissions. David develops manuals & provides trainging for GIS end users. He is registered in Ohio as a Surveyor. David holds bachelor's degree in Cartography & Geography, Surveying & Mapping and an Associates Degree in Drafting Technology.
